Einer der Gründe, warum ich mein Brand Pink Onda Studio genannt habe, ist, dass mein ADHS-Kopf Pink Noise und fließende Bewegungen über alles liebt. Wenn ich Pink Noise höre, werde ich sofort ruhiger – und fließende Bewegungen helfen mir, meine Gedanken stumm zu stellen.
Der beste Weg, um genau in diesen Zustand zu kommen, ist für mich Pilates.
